1 Pre-viewing Tasks:
‘Suspense
thriller’ means Suspense of the writing
arouse thriller in the minds of readers that what happens now? that type
of Curiosity comes in d minds of readers to know the ‘Suspense’ that’s
called ‘Suspense thriller’.’Conspiracy theory’S work to find out a
secret plan by a group to do something unlawful. And, that type of study
apply in d fiction that’s called ‘Conspiracy Fiction’
In d history
of Christianity ‘Mary Magdalene’s role is so much important. Mary Magdalene was
one of the most important. Early Christian leaders. And, The same thing brings out ‘Dan Brown’ in
this novel. After d death of pope ‘John Paul-2’ Magdalene remain for quarter century as a leader that’s main role
of Mary Magdalene in d history of
Christianity.
After Mary
Magdalene leadership comes in d hands of Male. So, they thought that if woman
becomes that much powerful than it will becomes threat for us. So, that then they made plan against female as in
Christianity ban the female .And,it’s quite linked with d ‘Bible’ and the
chapter ‘The Paradise Lost’.In which what male church councillor wrote, all
against woman. And, woman ‘s role put in a lower place or put woman r always
responsible for d fall of man. That idea clearly comes in the ‘Paradise Lost’
also. Because it’s written by d hands of councillor of church. And, who r they ?
Male not any female councilor. In that
way church demonized ‘sacred Feminine’ and called unclean. And, It’s not
surprising thing that type of role not comes in only Christianity. But, that
type of role played most of religion towards woman’s demonization. In Hindu
philosophy ‘Manu Smritihi’ also presents
the same things or demonized the place of woman. And it was ‘man’ and not ‘God’
who wrote all those things. In the
‘Bible’ comes all those things. But, after all councillor of the Christianity
whom Christians believe as messenger of d ‘God’. But, actually not d ‘God’ but
‘man’ who created the concept of ‘original sin’, as a colonizer
on d colonized. so that as I before say
Eve tasted the apple and caused the downfall of the human race .Women, once the
sacred giver of life then turned in to enemy.Just because of not d will of ‘God’ but ‘man’.
And,
constantaine the first pagan follower, who believe that human to treat as a
human and to let them live in peace. And, in ancient religion also some people
prayed ‘Goddess’ as a woman but that concept also demonized by d male church councilor. After creating the
chapter of ’Genesis’ male of church put
out ‘male’ in d center then automatically woman becomes ‘periphery. Because in
this chapter ‘Bible’ shows that instead of woman, creates concept ‘male’ who
gives live to the life not ‘woman’. And, From the here comes Derrida’s concept
of ‘Deconstruction’ or binary opposition started right from d here.
In d
‘Genesis’ of’ bible’ and in ‘The paradise Lost ’ shows that male who creates woman from their
‘womb’ and in that way ‘He’ becomes life giver
instead of ‘SHE’. It’s naked truth woman ,who gives birth to baby. But,
After creating that kind of concept Christianity just wears’ the spectacle
.But, They never try to see that ‘spectacle’ is not the real eyes .But, truth
is so bitter so happy in to wearing in spectacle.
2.While –viewing Task:
In the
beginning of the novel in his acknowledgement he has been respect or
importance to ’woman’. First his mother connie Brown and second his wife
Blythe. So, from d very beginning we can say that ‘Dan Brown’ is much in favour
of ‘woman’. The text starts with some facts of ‘priory of sion ‘and ‘opus Dei’.
While, movie directly starts with d scene of Loure Museum, paris. 10:p.m. writer
also so much punctual about time also .so, he defines time also. Then comes
scene of Jacques sauniere who want to
commit suicide or gives pain to himself that narration not that much thrilling
in the text. But,it’s so much terrified in d movie. That’s first thrilling effects in d movie. And,in d
beginning high narrative becomes powerful. Because of the myth of Mary
Magdalene. But, if can see from d
perspective of ‘Feminism’ then it’s falls in d category of ‘low’ narrative.
In d movie
Christianity challenged by the roots of d myth of Mary Magdalene and who wrote d ‘Bible’ councilor of d
church. In that way writer and director
both challenged the Christianity. And,here the name of Mary Magdalene becomes
controversy .Because, the name of Mary Magdalene known as’joan’ that’s the
first controversy, while the second thing is that many some dialogues makes us
suspicious to see Mary Magdalene either only their disciple or wife also or
Jesus christ’s some physical relation with Mary Magdalene also. And, some symbologists like Teabing Leigh and Robert
Langdon read Da vinci’s painting from d
another perspective. If to put Mary Magdalene’s picture opposite of the Jesus
Christ. then it’s near to Jesus Christ
and, Jesus who loves his/he disciple that image very much near to the image of
Mary Magdalene.
In this
novel by ‘Dan Brown’ ‘Holy Grail’
symbolism of pot in which Jesus Christ taken his last wine or food. While, it’s
here re-interpreted as a ‘Female sacredness’.

Grave of the Mary Magdalene.
Where, after d death of Mary her pious body preserved .that place known as

Dynasty: king ruled over France in .’Luere’.

preserved in France museum .This people’s blood –line of Jesus Christ or child of Mary Magdalene this line known as ‘Merovingian Dynasty’.
Opus
Dei: It means religious organization
controversy related to fundamentalism function
is doubtful. ’Dan Brown ‘ doubt on that.
People related to conspiracy that
belonged to that group ’opus Dei’And,opus Dei’ group they believe that they r
doing d works of God.
Priory: It means a small monastery or nunnery that is governed by a prior or

Task:
By and large ,’Dan Brown’
mean to say that I’m not favor neither
‘Female’ nor ‘Male’ but may be just he want to give equal importance to both
sides. And, may be his aim to increase
idea of Yin(female) and yang(male) Chinese idea & ‘Ardhnareshvar ’in Hindu philosophy comes as a
shiv & parvti.that thing also well presented by writer ‘Gunvant shah’ in
his column ’vicharona vrindavanma’ who’s current writer also presents he same
idea. That man & woman are supplement of each other not d opposition of each other but supplement
of each other. May be that thing ‘Dan
Brown’ want to convey this message through this novel on which Christianity
still not given the attention.
Yes, of course many some
things to whom screen writer Akiva Goldsman can’t be able to give justice that
perhaps given by critics like Norris j Lacy through some myths like-sacred
Feminine, Mary Magdalene’s marriage, the priory of sion, and Leonardo’s art
etc..

dialogues are so much important to understand some points like
bloodline of Jesus christ’,Christ’s Marriage
with Mary Magdalene, The sacred Feminine
etc. And, ’Last Supper’ the picture tempera on d stone.Magdalene was
depicted as a supreme after Jesus Christ.In this picture there r Jesus with
twelve other person beside him.that
leaves us wondering who was absent that day.The answer is surely ‘no one’:John
was traditionally depicted as a young person.And whereas Brown sees him/her
with breasts.But.it’s sodifficult for us
to define if it is he or she.But,Many some proof depicted this absent
person is Mary Magdalene herself as a best and loving followers of him.In a way
art of Leonardo’s view presented by critic Norris .j. Lacy really creates ambiguity in d minds of readers.
Above some view points.
I have been studied ‘paradise Lost’ and ‘Da Vinci Code’. But, in compare
to both narrative I found second narrative very much loyal and truth in compare
to first. What young mind want to see it.The
same thing depicted by ‘Dan Brown’ in
‘Da Vinci Code’. In contemporary generation the ‘gap’ between ‘man’ and ‘woman’
becomes controversy. In which ‘Dan Brown
’brings out concept of equality through the depiction of ‘yin-yang’ equality.
I think from the three of text ‘Paradise lost,book-9’ has been done harm to humanity because in
this book comes reference of ‘Eve’
depicted as a responsible for d fall of man. That creates negative or pessimist
image in d minds of Christian male dominance. And, in this book ‘man’ presented as a life give rand not d woman who
gives live to d life. From d rib or womb of ‘Adam’ creates ‘female’. That thing
wrong depicted in d ‘bible ’While, ’bible’ of Milton which roots in original
‘bible’ and that’s written by d hands of male
councillor of church. So, in this book some possibility creates
some biases against woman. Because of
after Jesus, Mary Magdalene becomes d leader of the Christianity .so, it’s
possible that in that time some male or priests has to fear to loose out their
place from d society. May be it’s conspiracy of males’ of that time. And,in ’Da Vinci Code’ some dialogues proves Jesus
Christ ’s physical relation hurts christion male dominance.And, may be ,it’s
increased more ‘gap’between ‘male’ and ‘female’ gender.so,somehow this
narrative is also bit harmful to humanity.
Yes, of course.I have also some question regarding ‘Jainism’.In this
religion I also found some gender discrimination.And,one question still remains
in my mind that why in ‘Jainism’ all some 24 ‘Jineshwaras’ or ‘Tirthankaras’
were male.And,why not any single ‘Tirthnkara' as a goddess.There also I found
‘Gender Discrimination’.That thing I found some hoe faults in it.May be here
also happened d same thing like Christianity,that most probably religious books
written by d hands of male.so,in which it’s consciously or unconsciously it
remains gap in to put one as in power
position and another not.
So, Above all some view points from d my sides. I’ve tried my best to
give answer to all questions in which
near I come across.
